What is Fred’s
Fred’s is a Fun family friendly neighborhood bar and Grill, with comfortable surroundings, an incredible view of White Lake, a full bar with an extensive selection of Whiskeys, Bourbons, Tequilas and Wine, a great menu, 20 taps serving local, domestic & International favorites and root beer too, many TVs to enjoy sports and an outdoor covered patio with a with a fire pit seating area.
Food
Here at Fred’s everything is Fresh and Handmade. Our dressings, sauces, dips, tortilla chips, side dishes, etc. all are made from scratch. Our award winning wings and tenders are marinated overnight in Buttermilk, our burgers are made from a proprietary blend of short rib, brisket and chuck, our chili is a coveted family recipe dating back over a 100 years…you get the point.
Fun
At Fred’s, we believe it is about more just serving good food, its about creating a FUN experience. Our beverage menu is being created with that in mind. We also invite you to enjoy our extensive selection of Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, Craft Beer and Wine. We have traveled all over the world to bring you these incredible tastings and will also offer everything in flights so you can go on your own journey. Start with the top 3 Irish Whiskey’s or enjoy Tequilla in Anejo, Respoda and Blanco forms. Take a wine journey through Napa, Italy and France or a beer tasting of some of Sullivan County best breweries.
Sports
We LOVE sports. All sports. Our team is looking forward to partnering with local community sports teams in sponsorships and support. And naturally we plan on broadcasting live sports on our many TVs.
Atmosphere…
is everything and we are striving to create one where everyone feels comfortable and is welcomed. Come for the view, stay for the game and get cozy by the fire pit on the patio.
We will hosting annual events for the community, having Christmas parties for those who need a little Christmas cheer. We care deeply for this community and the people that make it great.
